Policies
Photo turnaround time:
After your photoshoot, you will receive all of your unedited photos within 1-2 calendar days.
Edited images will be returned to you within 3-10 business days (Mon-Fri)

Once you receive your unedited images, the images you select to be edited must be sent to us within 5 calendar days after receipt. If you do NOT send your photos within the 5 calendar days, a fee of $15 PER PHOTO will be required for editing.
Rush Processing (1-2 Calendar Days): $20 PER PHOTO that you want rushed.
Additional Edited Images: $25 PER ADDITIONAL PHOTO that you want edited.
Video turnaround time:
Depending on the type of video, they can take anywhere between 10 to 60 business days.

Rush Processing (1 business week): $100
*Graduation Videos do not allow for re-edits. Please have a concert in mind, or trust the creative vision of our team*
*Video rush processing excludes wedding films*
Late Policy:
$50 for EVERY 30 minutes late.
All Appointments are subject to cancellation or rescheduling.
Clients over an hour late, sessions will be canceled and charged a $75 Inconvenience Fee. If you have paid in full, your session will be subject to reschedule.
Appointments rescheduled the day of will need to re-book through WILDCREST and your previous deposit will be voided.
Appointment time will not be extended due to your tardiness.
If paid in full, there will be NO REFUNDS for video work, and you’re allowed 1 re-edit. Additional edit requests will be $75
Guest Policy:
Bring A Friend! No more than 3!
Friends must refrain from accepting phone calls during the session and invading shooting space. Please take them outside of the studio session if completely necessary.
Hair and makeup must be done BEFORE arrival. The booking time is for photography purposes only. The session will start and end at the appointed times.
We are not responsible for malfunctions in preparation for your session.
No children or animals unless they are in the shoot.
Payment Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable and mandatory to confirm your booking.
Please inquire SEPARATELY for group, event, or travel rates.
Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response to your booking inquiry.
CASH Payments are NOT accepted. No Exceptions.
Refund Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable. Payments completed in full are refundable up to 14 Calendar Days before your session date at our discretion.
Payment Plan Policy:
We are very understanding of various financial situations, so we offer payment plans for our patrons. For payment plans, we ask that you keep your card on file for automatic payments. If you opt out of keeping your card on file, be sure to make the payments ON TIME per your specific agreement! If a payment is missed, the remaining amount, plus a $30 inconvenience fee, will be due BEFORE you receive your deliverable. If none of the payments have been made before your appointment, your appointment will be CANCELLED and you must pay full price in order to book.
All payments on the payment plan are NONREFUNDABLE.
Cancellation Policy:
NO REFUNDS - Client's are able to reschedule their photoshoot for free, up to 2 times without a rescheduling fee applied ($75). After two reschedules, the client will forfeit their deposit and has to pay full price, plus the rescheduling fee ($75) for a new photoshoot and date. If a shoot is canceled due to inclement weather then the rescheduling fee will be waived.
If your session is canceled less than 48 Hours before your session date, you will be charged an inconvenience fee of $75, which will only be subject for reschedule, not refund.
No-Call/No-Show appointments are not subject to refund and are also subject to banning from future bookings at the discretion of WILDCREST ENTERTAINMENT, LLC.
No-Call/No-Show appointments paid in full, will be subject to reschedule only at the discretion of WILDCREST ENTERTAINMENT, LLC.
Reschedule dates and times are subject to availability with WILDCREST ENTERTAINMENT, LLC.
Note: Fees are STRICTLY enforced.
