Policies

Photo Turnaround Policy

Unedited photos will be delivered within 1–2 calendar days after your photoshoot, while edited photos will be delivered within 3–10 business days (Monday–Friday). Turnaround times may be extended depending on the project size and workload. Selected photos for editing must be submitted within 5 calendar days of receiving your unedited images. Late submissions will incur a fee of $15 per photo. Rush processing is available for expedited delivery of edited photos within 1–2 calendar days for an additional fee. Additional edited photos are $25 each.

Video Turnaround Policy

Videos require 10–60 business days for completion, depending on the type and scope of the project. Turnaround times may vary based on workload and project complexity. Rush processing is available for an additional $100, with delivery within 1 business week.

Late Policy

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, additional fees will apply. Sessions will be canceled after 1 hour of tardiness, with a $75 inconvenience fee. Day-of rescheduling requires re-booking through Wildcrest, and your previous deposit will be voided. Appointment durations will not be extended due to tardiness. For video work, no refunds are provided; one re-edit is included, and additional edits are $75 each.

Guest Policy

You may bring up to 3 guests to your session as long as they do not disrupt the shoot. Hair and makeup must be completed before arrival, as session time is exclusively for photography. Children and animals are only permitted if they are part of the shoot.

Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. Special rates for group, event, or travel bookings are available upon inquiry. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to booking inquiries. Cash payments are not accepted.

Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. Payments made in full are refundable up to 14 calendar days before your session, subject to Wildcrest's discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Clients can reschedule their session up to two times at no cost. After the second reschedule, the deposit is forfeited, and clients must pay the full session price plus a $75 rescheduling fee. Cancellations due to inclement weather are exempt from rescheduling fees. Sessions canceled within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a $75 inconvenience fee, which is valid for rescheduling only. No-call/no-show appointments are non-refundable and may result in restrictions on future bookings at Wildcrest’s discretion. Rescheduling is subject to Wildcrest's availability.
